Equipped with micro-heater with auto defrost, intelligent inverter technology, gear-type air pump system, pasteurization, etc., this soft ice cream machine is capable of producing two hoppers with 2+1 twist flavor capacity.

The S121 features a dual system that allows for one-to-one control. The separate control system allows one compressor to control one system. With a capacity of 80 liters per hour, two hoppers with a capacity of 9.5 liters and a cylinder capacity of 2 liters, the S121 is a powerful and reliable machine. The machine has a self-check function and a mix-low alarm function to ensure that ice cream is always produced at the best possible quality. The beater type is made of SS304 stainless steel, which ensures durability and easy cleaning.
